Top Inclusive Muslim Employers
Inclusive Muslim Employers have demonstrated themselves to be supporting Muslims both inside and outside the organisation. They are a beacon of light and a symbol of best practice.
Regardless of where employers are on their inclusion journey, our aim is to celebrate and guide the progress to aspire to be better. It’s open to employers across all sectors and industries in any country.
The assessment framework has been developed with thought and consideration and is designed to acknowledge and evaluate employers’ inclusion work for their Muslim workforce and community, as well as allowing them to measure their progress over time.
We will assess participating employers’ work by asking a series of questions about steps organisations are taking to advance Muslim inclusion and equality in the workplace.
All questions are then allocated a score, 25 highest-scoring employers will be announced at a virtual event in the week commencing 4th November 2024, have their names published on the EqualityX website, and receive the coveted “Inclusive Muslim Employers” badge.

Criteria, Terms & Conditions
Evidence must relate to the work carried out in the last two years, in the respective country or multiple countries.
All questions must be answered by the set deadline; extensions will not be granted.
It is the responsibility of participating organisations to answer all questions in full and as accurately as possible. We’ve designed the process to be time efficient, as such a handful of questions require evidence. However, we may spot-check and ask for further evidence to be submitted.
Any entries found to be incomplete or contain incorrect information will not be considered for the Top 25 Muslim Inclusive Employers list. However, they may still receive the report.
