Inclusive Muslim Employers have demonstrated themselves to be supporting Muslims both inside and outside the organisation. They are a beacon of light and a symbol of best practice.
Regardless of where employers are on their inclusion journey, our aim is to celebrate and guide the progress to aspire to be better. It’s open to employers across all sectors and industries in any country.
We are seeking evidence of organisation’s commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (EDI), with a particular focus on Muslim inclusion in the workplace. Through a series of questions, we aim to understand the steps organisations are taking to foster an inclusive environment for Muslim employees and promote equality in the workplace. The Top 25 organisations will have their names featured on the EqualityX website and will receive the prestigious “Inclusive Muslim Employers” badge.

Criteria, Terms & Conditions
Evidence must relate to the work carried out in the last two years, in the respective country or multiple countries.
All questions must be answered by the set deadline; extensions will not be granted.
It is the responsibility of participating organisations to answer all questions in full and as accurately as possible. We may spot-check and ask for further evidence to be submitted.
Any entries found to be incomplete or contain incorrect information will not be considered for the Top 25 Muslim Inclusive Employers list. However, they may still receive the report.

There is a £100 fee payable upon nomination submission (you will be directed to checkout at the end of the form).
Although this fee does not guarantee placement in the Top 10 awards, it helps ensure that EqualityX can maintain its independence and long-term sustainability. Thank you, your support makes a difference.
